Here are a couple of examples of how we can help you.
Example 1:
- You write your checks and enter them in QuickBooks. But, you don't enter the electronic payments, debit card purchases, credit card fees, payroll, and other withdrawals, this is a task our Bookkeeper can handle for you. Let's say, all together you have less than a 100 checks and other withdrawals
- You Invoice and Bill your customers, but you don't record the payments and the bank deposits, leaving this for our Bookkeeper to handle for you. Typically you have about 28 deposits each month; checks and credit cards.
In this example, there is about 2 hours of work to be completed at the end of the month. This includes reviewing all your entries to be sure that everything is in the correct category.
